Question: The wholesale cost of 2-bottles of LifesMiracle is $118.00. Does LifesMiracle payout 70% of the $118.00 wholesale cost?
Answer: No. LifesMiracle pays out 70% of the CV (commissionable volume) from each bottle of LifesMiracle sold. A $118.00 2-bottle wholesale purchase creates $110.00 CV. A total of 70% of this $110.00 CV is designated for commissions.

Question: Can I earn anything other than retail commissions from the LifesMiracle compensation plan if I’m not on an active autoship?
Answer: No, you can not earn any commissions other than wholesale to retail commissions, until you create at least a $110.00 in personal CV and sign up for an active autoship.

Question: If I sign up and purchase two bottles or more, but I do not sign up for an active autoship, will my position in the Binary tree accrue any volume if my sponsor or upline place anyone below me who purchases product and produces CV?
Answer: No. In addition to creating at least a $110.00 in personal CV, you have to be on at least a $110.00 active autoship or no CV will accrue under your position in the Binary tree.

Question: Do all sales, including initial sales, autoship sales and customer sales, create CV (commissionable volume) that is paid out in the Binary.
Answer: Yes they do!!

Question: You said LifesMiracle has a 70% of CV payout. How is the 70% of CV paid out through our comp plan?
Answer: Of the 70% of CV payout, a total of 60% of the CV is designated for paying out Binary and Binary Matching Paychecks. The remaining 10% of CV is designated for paying out the Fast Start Bonus or funding the four Bonus Pools. If you add up the 60% CV and the 10% CV you will come up with the full 70% CV that goes into the commission account from each product sale.

Question: Is the full 70% of CV paid out every week?
Answer: Some weeks LifesMiracle will pay out all of the money in the commission account. Other weeks there will be a reserve that is left for future commission payouts.

Question: If there is a reserve left in the commission account, will LifesMiracle use this money to go out and buy a new car or a new house for the owners?
Answer: Absolutely not!! LifesMiracle has a commission account where the 70% of all CV goes each week. This money is NEVER touched by LifesMiracle. It is strictly for paying out member commissions.

Question: The LifesMiracle comp plan says that the Binary pays out up to 15% each week on the weakest leg CV. What would cause the comp plan to pay out less than the 15% commission on the weakest leg CV?
Answer: LifesMiracle has 70% of CV that is designated for paying out commissions. However if the commission software shows that the weekly commission payout is greater than the 70% of CV that has come into the commission account, then the software automatically adjusts the up to 15% commission, down to 14%, 13.6%, 12.7% or what ever is necessary to match the commission payout to the actual amount available in the commission account. See the examples below.
EXAMPLE 1
In this example the full 15% of the, up to 15% commission, would be paid out.
As mentioned, 60% of the 70% of CV is set aside for the Binary and Binary Matching Paychecks weekly payout. If this 60% represented a total of $1,500,000.00 in CV that had come in during a weekly pay period, and if the total Binary and Binary Matching Paychecks weeks “payout” comes to $1,280,000.00, this (after pay out) creates a RESERVE of $220,000.00 that STAYS in the commission account, so it is available when needed to make up a potential short fall for a following weeks commission run.
EXAMPLE 2
In this example the up to 15% commission, would be adjusted down to a lower percentage to meet the payroll.
As mentioned, 60% of the 70% of CV is set aside for the Binary and Binary Matching Paychecks weekly payout. If this 60% represented a total of $1,500,000.00 in CV that had come in during a weekly pay period, and if the total Binary and Binary Matching Paychecks weeks “payout” comes to $1,700,000.00, this means the commission account is $200,000.00 short of the amount needed to do the week’s payroll. So the up to 15% must be reduced.
We know in this example with a 15% payout, that it would require $1,700,000.00 to meet payroll for the week. There is only $1,500,000.00 available so by lowering the up to 15% commission down to a lower percentage like 12.7% or 13.4% it will automatically lower the $1,700,000.00 payroll down to the $1,500,000.00 that is available and designated for the Binary and the Binary Matching Paychecks. This is why we say up to 15% of the CV.
NOTE: “IF” there was a RESERVE of $220,000.00 as EXAMPLE 1 shows, then in this case in EXAMPLE 2 we would be able to pay out the whole $1,700,000.00 in commission due, without having to reduce the 15% pay out for this weeks pay period!!

Question: If I was qualified for commissions, and I had $10,000.00 in CV in my right leg and $12,000.00 CV in my left leg, how much would I earn if I received a full 15% commission on my weakest leg CV for that weeks pay period?
Answer: You would earn a $1,500.00 Binary commission. Then once you are paid on this CV the same amount of CV that you were paid on is flushed from both legs. Because you were paid 15% on $10,000.00 the software would flush $10,000.00 CV from both your right and your left leg. This would leave you a balance of ZERO CV on your right leg and a balance of $2,000.00 CV on your left leg, that would carry forward towards the next week’s commissions.

Question: I understand that my earning cap on my personal Binary position is $25,000.00 per week. Is there an earning cap to how much I can earn from Matching Paychecks?
Answer: There is no earning cap on the potential you can earn from all your Binary Matching Paychecks. As you know each person has the ability to earn up to $25,000.00 per week from their personal Binary position. So the maximum you can earn with a 20% Matching Paycheck, from any one individual, is $5,000.00 per week. However there is no limit to the amount of people that you can earn Matching Paycheck commissions from.

Question: If I’m qualified as a President this allows me to earn three generations of Matching Paychecks. What is a generation and how does this work?
Answer: The three generations of Matching Paychecks is driven by sponsorship. It has nothing to do with PLACEMENT in the Binary tree. You could personally sponsor someone who is placed 50 levels deep in your Binary tree. However this person would still be your 1st generation 20% Matching Paycheck.
EXAMPLE
As a qualified President, if you sponsor your friend JACK, then this means that JACK is your 1st generation 20% Matching Paycheck. Then if your friend JACK sponsors MARY, then MARY would be your 2nd generation 20% Matching Paycheck. Then let’s say Mary sponsors PETE. Then PETE would be your 3rd generation 10% Matching Paycheck.

Question: Do I also earn Matching Paychecks on the commissions that people earn from Fast Start, Bonus Pools and Matching Paychecks?
Answer: No. The Matching Paychecks are only paid on the personal Binary earnings of those you are qualified to override.

Question: Do Incentive Vice-Presidents and Incentive Presidents automatically qualify for the Bonus Pools?
Answer: No, these are earned positions. The only way for any member to qualify for one of the four Bonus Pools, is to introduce new active members to LifesMiracle who purchase or sell at least $110.00 CV in product each 30 days, and participate with an active autoship.

Question: If I make a 12-bottle Incentive President purchase I understand that this also gives me a chance to qualify to be one of the 1,000 LifesMiracle Founders if I fulfill the qualifications of becoming a President in the 60 day period allotted. What if it takes me 70 days to fulfill my qualifications of becoming a President? Does this mean I’m not one of the 1,000 Founders?
Answer: This is correct. You would not be a Founder. The Founders Pools is not designed for everyone to be part of it. It is a special bonus pool designed to reward the first 1,000 people that make a 12-bottle purchase and qualify at the rank of President within the allotted 60 day period.

Question: If I purchased 2-bottles when I signed up can I just purchase the difference of 10 more bottles to make it a 12-bottle purchase?
Answer: No you can not. To be an Incentive President and have a chance to qualify as one of the 1,000 LifesMiracle Founders, you must make one single 12-bottle purchase. You can not make multiple purchases that add up to 12-bottles.

Question: If I’ve already signed up and purchased the 2-bottle package and a few days or weeks later I decide I want to make the single 12-bottle purchase, will this still make me an Incentive President and give me a chance to be a Founder?
Answer: Yes. You can make a 12-bottle purchase at anytime and become an Incentive President, and if there are still Founders positions open, then you still have the ability to qualify for one of these 1,000 positions. You will always be able to make a 12-bottle purchase at anytime and become an Incentive President, even after the 1,000 Founders positions are gone.
